The Process

Here’s the kind of films we make and how we roll them out.

The Development Process

Here’s how we boost what’s unique about your brand and
make binge-able films your customers want to watch and share.

FOCUS

Teach me your brand’s spirit. Bring the brand guide, the origin story, the customer stories you tell at dinner. Then we ask the questions brand guides never answer. How does your brand laugh? What does it do under pressure? What would it never, ever say? Together we turn your brand guide into a show bible we can get up on its feet.

FILM

Then we play. Whiteboards, memes, the reels your team can’t stop sending each other. We dress your brand in all the styles: the ones that fit like a glove and the ones that pick a fight. We cast your characters, test the tone, and see how deep the dramas can go. New outfit. Same spirit.

FALL FOR

This is the part we don’t make. Your customers do. They notice you. They see themselves. They laugh, nod and share. Nobody had to ask them to. Then the buzz comes home: your own team starts forwarding it like fans. Four weeks later, the Ratings show us who fell for you, and why.

And the nominees are…

Four brands, four styles, one Focus-Film-Fall For method.
Each video started with a brand’s spirit,
then got dressed for the place its audience was watching.

Core Vision Film: Your brand’s creative North Star.

Sustainability Solutions

The spirit: Profitability demands sustainability.

The style: A founder-led vision film, made with Monica Antohi and her team while the company itself was being born. Making the film helped build the business it describes.

The reaction: It premiered at the 2025 World Economic Forum in Davos. And just played again at the 2026 Building Bridges conference in Geneva. Now it’s the rallying cry for their staff and clients, proof of their process, their product and their progress.

Paid Social: You’ve got 3 seconds to make your audience feel something.

Vagaro “Guardian Angel”

The spirit: We’ve got your back. Rock solid, and always tuned in to you.

The style: A loose, silly TikTok skit with production value. The question: what if your business software were the magical member of your team?

The reaction: We collab-posted with well-known barber influencer John Mosley, and the ad reached a whole new crowd of barbers who’d never considered Vagaro for themselves.

Organic Social: make media worth the follow.

Vagaro’s New Look

The spirit: The same reliable app, now with the glow-up you asked for.

The style: A high-energy motion-graphics spot announcing Vagaro’s redesign. Cutting-edge music, lightning-fast cuts, and saturated graphics pulled straight from the Figma files of the new design. Built to stop users mid-scroll in a feed full of selfie videos.

The reaction: Straight from the comments: “So exciting!” “Oh, she cute.” “When does this launch?”

Influencer UGC: Real people doing real-ish things.

Abbey Brookee

The spirit: Vagaro keeps the money coming in, so you can focus on making your clients happy and beautiful.

The style: All Abbey. She’s a star online and behind the chair. Her cut-and-color artistry and the way she befriends every client make these videos endlessly rewatchable.

The reaction: About 2,000 likes per video, 20 times the engagement of Vagaro’s own posts. And applications to Vagaro’s Partners program rose after her videos went live.
